Easton Gormican

Founder / CEO

Easton Gormican is the Founder and CEO of Five 12 Marketing. Raised in San Diego as the youngest of four boys, he grew up in a highly competitive, team-first environment where collaboration and accountability were ingrained early. Competing in multiple sports year-round shaped his understanding of discipline, leadership, and long-term commitment to goals.

Easton went on to play Division I lacrosse at Bryant University, where he further developed a team-over-self mindset. He earned a degree in Psychology followed by a Masters in Business Administration, which led to a deep interest in human behavior, decision-making, and marketing strategy.

With experience in sports apparel, the supplement industry, and nonprofit growth, Easton now partners with businesses to build clear, scalable brands rooted in strong fundamentals, systems, and effective communication.
