Our Role
Five 12 Marketing acted as the central marketing owner, responsible for building and managing the full ecosystem required to launch and operate the brand.
Our Approach
We collaborated closely with Project Barnyard to build the brand from the ground up, ensuring that every growth strategy, piece of content, and technical integration stayed true to the foundation’s mission and core identity. Establishing clarity at the brand level came first.
With the brand solidified, we designed and implemented a strategic marketing foundation supported by a custom integrated tech stack, giving the organization the structure and tools needed to grow without losing alignment or control.
Important distinction: Five 12 Marketing built and managed everything outside of animal-specific health updates and day-to-day Instagram posting. Those responsibilities remained with the foundation’s founder.
Results
Fully operational marketing and ecommerce ecosystem
Clear brand identity and voice
Sustainable tech stack requiring minimal ongoing maintenance
Ability for the foundation to focus on animal care, not marketing logistics
